Senior Accountant Consultant | Hybrid | Immediate Need through Mid-February

Are you a self-starter with a sharp eye for detail who can manage financial and audit-related tasks independently? Our client is seeking a Senior Accountant Consultant to support sales tax audits, financial audits, company valuation work, and related reporting. This is a hybrid role (3x week on-site) with potential for remote flexibility depending on candidate location.

Who You Are:

• Experienced in Sage Intacct or NetSuite

• Detail-oriented, ensuring all work is reconciled and accurate before submission to auditors

• Able to take initiative and work independently with minimal supervision

• Strong organizational skills and capable of managing multiple audit and reporting tasks

What You’ll Do:

• Support sales tax and financial audits, including retrieving, reconciling, and reporting audit data

• Assist in company valuation work as needed

• Prepare and review financial documentation for internal and external auditors

• Ensure accuracy and completeness of all submissions

• Partner with senior leadership to manage workflow efficiently

Compensation:

• $50–$60/hour, depending on experience

• Part-time estimated at ~20 hours/week, depending on audit volume and response times

Duration: Immediate need through mid-February
Location: Hybrid 3x week on-site, with remote options depending on candidate location
Reports To: Senior Finance Leader
