Pre-IPO & High Valuation – Senior Accountant (Growth Opportunity)

Who you are:
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field required. CPA preferred but not required.
- 4-6+ years of progressive accounting experience, including public accounting (Big 4 or national firm preferred) and/or fast-paced corporate accounting experience.
- Experience supporting audits, consolidations, or complex multi-entity environments preferred.
- Strong technical accounting knowledge with a solid understanding of GAAP.
- Advanced Excel skills and experience working within large ERP and financial reporting systems.
- Self-starter mindset with the ability to prioritize, adapt, and execute in a dynamic environment.
What you’ll do:
- Prepare journal entries related to leases, loans, fixed assets, and revenue recognition.
- Execute month-end close responsibilities, including balance sheet reconciliations and financial statement variance analysis.
- Support consolidations, intercompany eliminations, and purchase accounting activities for acquired entities.
- Assist with audit preparation and coordination with external auditors and tax advisors.
- Support IPO readiness efforts, including SEC reporting deliverables and activities related to confidential registration and S-1 filings.
- Participate in the development and implementation of internal controls and compliance processes in support of IPO readiness.

What does this position pay? Compensation is determined by several factors which may include skillset, experience level, and education. The expected range for this role is $110,000–$140,000 per year.
