Who you are:

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting or a related field.
• 3+ years of accounting experience with hands-on responsibility for month and year-end close
• Strong grasp of US GAAP and experience preparing reconciliations and supporting external audits
• Background in e-commerce or technology is preferred

What you’ll do:

• Own month end close, journal entries, and reconciliations
• Manage invoicing process, including creating invoices, monitoring payment status, and applying cash in the accounting system
• Develop and maintain supporting schedules and internal reports used for leadership and audit requirements
• Research and resolve variances or irregularities, ensuring documentation is complete and audit-ready
• Identify areas where processes or controls can be strengthened as the company continues to scale

What does this position pay? Compensation is determined by several factors which may include skillset, experience level, and education.
The expected range for this role is $70,000–$90,000 per year. Please note this range is an estimate and actual pay may vary based on qualifications and experience.
