What you’ll do:

• Develop quarterly reports in accordance with acquisitions and maintain accounting estimation and models.
• Actively working on transactional accounting (including recording of transactions, purchase price calculations, setting up transactions in the system, etc.).
• Assist in technical accounting research.

 
What you will need:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting.
• CPA preferred.
• 3+ years of accounting experience.
• Public Accounting and/or Real Estate experience is required.

What does this position pay?
Compensation is determined by several factors which may include skillset, experience level, and geographic location.
 
The expected range for this role is $80,000 to $100,000 per year + Bonus DOE. Please note this range is an estimate and actual pay may vary based on qualifications and experience.
