SENIOR AR SPECIALIST – FULL AR LIFECYCLE OWNERSHIP

Who you are:

• 3+ years of accounts receivable, billing, collections, or related accounting experience
• Experience reviewing contracts, purchase orders, amendments, and customer agreements to support accurate billing
• Strong understanding of AR processes including invoicing, cash application, account reconciliations, and collections
• Highly detail-oriented with the ability to manage complex customer arrangements in a fast-paced environment

What you’ll do:

• Own the full AR process from contract and order review through invoicing, collections, cash application, and account reconciliation
• Review customer agreements and supporting documentation to ensure invoices are accurate and aligned with contractual terms
• Partner with Accounting, Sales, Legal, and Operations teams to validate billing milestones, pricing, usage, taxes, and service commencement details
• Support month-end close activities including AR reconciliations, billing accruals, deferred and unbilled balances, and audit requests

What does this position pay?
Compensation is determined by several factors which may include skillset, experience level, and geographic location.
The expected range for this role is $70,000 to $76,000 per year. Please note this range is an estimate and actual pay may vary based on qualifications and experience.
