Senior Associate,  Accounting & Reporting – Real Estate – St. Petersburg, FLA!

Who You Are:

• You have a bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a similar area of study

• You are CPA

• Preferably, you have 2 plus years of accounting or tax experience within a CPA firm. 

• You have strong written and verbal communication skills for executive & client facing interactions

What You’ll Do:

• Work directly with the CFO and directors to help clients understand, strategize, and optimize accounting and reporting solutions

• Advise clients on design of new accounting systems and implementation of new technologies to enhance the month end close process

• Provide meaningful monthly reporting analysis for investors

What does this position pay?

• Compensation is determined by several factors which may include skillset, qualifications/certifications, experience level, and geographic location.
• The expected range for this role is 82-95k, annualized base compensation, with additional compensation components, 401K, annual bonus, 90 day review. Please note this range is an estimate and actual may vary based on qualifications and experience.
