Who You Are:

• 10+ years of progressive FP&A experience, ideally within digital marketing and paid media. Proven leader with experience managing and mentoring high-performing finance teams
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field (MBA or CPA a plus).
• Expert in Excel and PowerPoint, with strong experience using tools like Tableau, PowerBI, Anaplan, Essbase, Tempo, Jira, and Oracle.

 
What You’ll Do:

• Build and oversee models analyzing ROI, LTV, and channel-specific trends. Monitor actual spend vs. budget and prepare executive-level reporting.
• Drive strategic cost-saving initiatives and support business development efforts through deal modeling.
• Participate in monthly close activities, evaluating variances and updating forecasts.

What does this position pay?
Compensation is determined by several factors, including skillset, years of experience, and geographic location.
 
The expected salary range for this role is $85 to $95 per hour. Please note this range is an estimate, and actual compensation may vary based on qualifications and experience.
