Sr. Director of Windows Software Engineering – Onsite in San Diego, CA – $200-280k + Bonus + RSUs
 
A large, highly successful chip manufacturer is looking for a Senior Director of Windows Software Engineering to lead architecture, development, and commercialization of Windows drivers, kernel, APIs, and more!
 
Who You Are:

• Must live in San Diego or be willing to relocate to San Diego
• 10+ years of Windows software engineering leadership experience
• Deep technical experience with Windows drivers, kernel, APIs, etc.
• ARM architecture skills with Embedded C/C++

 
What You'll Do:

• Oversee Windows OS platform team
• Lead architecture, development, and commercialization
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and mentor team members

 
What does this position pay?
Compensation is determined by several factors which may include skillset, experience level, and geographic location. The expected range for this role is $200,000 to $280,000 per year. Please note this range is an estimate, and actual pay may vary based on qualifications and experience.
