Senior Embedded Systems Engineer – Power & PerformanceONSITE Redmond, WA$120,000–$190,000
Want to help build the next generation of connected devices? This is your opportunity to join a fast-growing engineering team developing innovative consumer electronics, where you’ll lead embedded hardware and firmware designs from concept through production and solve complex engineering challenges that power millions of users.

Who you are:

  • You have 5+ years of experience designing high-performance PCBs, with expertise in schematic capture, board layout, bring-up, debugging, and optimization.
  • You have a strong hardware design background, building analog, digital, mixed-signal, sensor, and power management circuits for embedded systems, consumer electronics, or IoT devices.
  • You have hands-on experience developing embedded C/C++ firmware on ARM-based platforms and enjoy bridging the gap between hardware and software to deliver reliable, high-performing products.
  • You thrive on owning products from concept to production, taking ideas through architecture, prototyping, validation, manufacturing, and final release while collaborating with cross-functional engineering teams to bring innovative technology to market.

What you’ll do:

  • You’ll troubleshoot complex power, thermal, and performance challenges on next-generation Qualcomm-based embedded and IoT devices.
  • You’ll analyze schematics, power delivery systems, and lab measurements to identify root causes and optimize overall system performance.
  • You’ll debug across embedded firmware, Linux drivers, and Android power management, solving issues that span both hardware and software.
  • You’ll investigate and improve battery life, CPU performance, thermal behavior, and sleep/wake functionality, helping deliver reliable, high-performing products for cutting-edge consumer electronics

Why work here:

  • Build technology that matters by working on next-generation consumer electronics and IoT products for some of the world’s most recognizable brands.
  • Own your work from concept to production, giving you the opportunity to make a real impact instead of working on a small piece of a project.
  • Collaborate with world-class hardware, firmware, mechanical, and systems engineers in a highly collaborative, low-ego environment where ideas are valued and knowledge is freely shared.
  • Work with cutting-edge technologies across embedded systems, PCB design, sensors, wireless connectivity, and power management while continuously expanding your technical expertise.
  • Join a fast-growing engineering organization that offers diverse projects, technical challenges, and long-term career growth.
  • Enjoy a Nordic-inspired culture that genuinely values work-life balance, teamwork, innovation, and investing in its engineers’ success
