What you will need:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance or related field preferred. CPA and/or CFA a plus.
• 6-10+ years of FP&A experience working within the biotech, pharma, or medtech space.
• Strong technical skills within Anaplan, Planful, Adaptive Insights, and/or Hyperion.
• Thrives in dealing with ambiguity and wants to drive process improvements.
• Critical thinking skills to drive results with cross-functional leaders.

 
What you’ll do:

• Help with all forecasting, budgeting, and planning for clinical trials.
• Created and build dashboards through forecasting tool.
• Collaborate with department leaders to help drive strategic and long-range planning.
• Help with process improvements and efficiencies within reporting.

What does this position pay?

• Compensation is determined by several factors which may include skillset, experience level, and geographic location.
• The expected range for this role is $165,000 to $190,000 per year. Please note this range is an estimate and actual pay may vary based on qualifications and experience.
