What you will need:
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance or related field preferred. CPA and/or CFA a plus.
- 3-5 years of investment banking or FP&A at a high-growth technology startup.
- Thrives in dealing with ambiguity and wants to drive process improvements.
- Critical thinking skills to drive results with cross-functional leaders.
What you’ll do:
- Build, create, and assist with the creation of FP&A functions including AOP, long-range planning, and building out KPIs/dashboards
- Collaborate with department leaders to help drive strategic decision-making with financial metrics.
- Implement a forecasting system to help improve the corporate planning process.
- Support ad hoc reporting for BOD and executive leaders.

What does this position pay?
- Compensation is determined by several factors which may include skillset, experience level, and geographic location.
- The expected range for this role is $80,000 to $125,000 per year. Please note this range is an estimate and actual pay may vary based on qualifications and experience.
