Senior Financial Analyst

We are partnering with a reputable Real Estate company that is seeking a motivated and passionate individual to join their expanding Finance team!

This is a distinctive opportunity to be part of a growing business unit, where you'll support the leasing team, and work cross functionally with asset management and operations.

Who You Are:

• Bachelor’s in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field
• 3+ years of Finance experience 
• Must have excellent Excel modeling skills
• Highly motivated, with a proactive and solution-oriented mindset
• Adaptable and open to learning in a dynamic, fast-paced environment

What You'll Do:

• Participate in annual business plan and quarterly forecasts
• Assist in data validation, plan and forecast reviews
• Create summary reports for budget variances, occupancy and leasing updates, operating expenses and capital expenditures
• Prepare month-end financial reporting, variance analyses and lease reporting
• Prepare quarterly benchmarking report data

Compensation Information

• Compensation is determined by several factors which may include skillset, experience level, and geographic location.
• The expected range for this role is $100,000 to $120,000 per year. Please note this range is an estimate and actual pay may vary based on qualifications and experience.
