What You’ll Do:
- Lead Financial Forecasting: Create and update complex financial models, including Profit & Loss (P&L) statements, cash flow projections, and strategic forecasts.
- Business Partnering: Work directly with business leaders and departments to collect data, support strategic initiatives, and provide key financial insights.
- Budgeting: Oversee the annual budgeting process and ensure alignment with organizational goals and financial constraints.
- Drive Automation: Champion continuous improvements in financial reporting and process enhancements, including automating key financial workflows.
- Acquisition Integration: Support the seamless integration of newly acquired entities into financial models and forecasts.
- Collaborative Support: Partner with leadership in the creation of 5-year strategic financial plans that integrate growth objectives, market trends, and long-term sustainability.
- Executive Reporting: Deliver detailed financial analyses to key internal stakeholders, including executives, investors, and lenders.
Who You Are:
- 6+ years of FP&A experience, ideally in a corporate finance or financial services environment.
- Strong Excel skills, including macros, formulas, and complex data analysis.
- Proficient in Adaptive Insights or similar financial platforms, and capable of transitioning from spreadsheets to more automated systems.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with multiple teams and stakeholders.
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field; MBA or CFA is a plus.
- Experience working with senior management and contributing to strategic financial decision-making.

What does this position pay?
Compensation is determined by several factors which may include skillset, experience level, and geographic location.
The expected range for this role is $120,000 to $160,000 per year. Please note this range is an estimate and actual pay may vary based on qualifications and experience. #LI-JP1
