Senior Financial Analyst

Senior Financial Analyst | $50-54/hr | Onsite in Round Rock, TX | Contract-to-Hire

A leader in motors, generators, drives, and complete power solutions, is seeking a Senior Financial Analyst to join their collaborative FP&A team. This position will support forecasting, planning, financial reporting, and strategic analysis across U.S., Mexico, and Canada operations. Who You Are:

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field; CPA or MBA highly preferred; 5–7 years of FP&A experience

• Strong communication skills and comfortable partnering with business unit leaders

• Organized, inquisitive, deadline-driven, and adaptable to changing priorities

• Experience with SAP a plus

What You’ll Do:

• Conduct forecasting, planning, balance sheet and P&L analysis, and cash flow forecasting

• Compare actuals to forecast, identifying and explaining variances

• Prepare board-ready presentation decks, highlighting key changes and trends

• Handle ad hoc reporting requests and data analysis to support decision-making

What does this position pay?
Compensation is determined by several factors which may include skillset, experience level, and geographic location.

The expected base salary range for this role is $50-$54/hr. Please note this range is an estimate and actual pay may vary based on qualifications and experience.
