Senior Financial Analyst

Financial Analyst | $50–55/hr DOE | Contract to Hire | Plano, TX (Hybrid)

Who You Are:

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance or related field & 2–3 years of relevant experience in financial analysis

• Skilled in financial model building, SQL/Python, and interpreting financial statements

• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in reporting and forecasting

What You’ll Do:

• Build and support financial models and reporting

• Interpret and analyze financial statements

• Provide budgeting and forecasting analysis

• Ensure accuracy and attention to detail in financial data and outputs

Reporting Structure:
This role reports directly to Andrew Sack and Lisa Lisle, both of whom report to the CFO. You’ll have visibility and exposure to leadership within a 120-employee company environment.

What does this position pay?
Compensation is determined by several factors which may include skillset, experience level, and geographic location.
The expected range for this role is $50.00 to $55.00 per hour, with a potential conversion to a base salary of $110,000 plus 8% bonus. Please note this range is an estimate and actual pay may vary based on qualifications and experience.
