Senior Financial Analyst – Ready to help shape the financial future of a fast-growing medtech company?

Join a rapidly expanding medical device organization developing innovative, life-changing technologies. This role plays a key part in building the financial foundation of a company preparing for its next phase of growth while working directly with executive leadership in a highly collaborative environment.

Who you are:

  • Minimum 3+ years of progressive finance experience, ideally a combination of public accounting and FP&A.
  • Highly analytical and detail-oriented with a track record of success in fast-paced environments.
  • Proficiency in Excel and strong skills in budgeting, forecasting, and data analysis within manufacturing or medical device industries.
  • Degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field preferred; experience with ERP systems strongly desired.

What you’ll do:

  • Lead and support budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning activities across U.S. operations.
  • Own the full budget build and perform budget vs. actual analysis to support executive decision-making.
  • Partner with leadership to develop financial models and reports aligned with strategic initiatives.
  • Contribute to financial system improvements, leveraging Excel and ERP tools to streamline processes.
  • Provide data-driven insights that enhance organizational growth.

What does this position pay?
Compensation is determined by several factors which may include skillset, experience level, and geographic location.

The expected range for this role is $110,000 to $120,000 per year. Please note this range is an estimate and actual pay may vary based on qualifications and experience.
