Who you are:

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics or related field. MBA or Master's a plus.
  • 5+ years of FP&A, operations finance, or business analytics experience. Multi-entity experience preferred.
  • Advanced Excel and financial modeling skill.
  • Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and comfort working with large datasets.
  • Effective communicator who collaborates well with operators and leadership.
  • Processimprovement mindset with interest in automation and scaling reporting.

 
What you’ll do:

  • Support budgeting, forecasting, and ad hoc analysis across the FP&A team.
  • Manage creation and enhancement of monthly and quarterly financial reporting for leadership.
  • Partner with operations and crossfunctional teams to support business planning and performance improvement.
  • Build and refine dashboards, reporting tools, and financial models.
  • Use datadriven insights to support strategic decisionmaking.

What does this position pay?

  • Compensation is determined by several factors which may include skillset, qualifications/certifications, experience level, and geographic location
  • The expected range for this role is $110,000 – $120,000, annualized base compensation. Please note this range is an estimate and actual may vary based on qualifications, physical location and experience
