Who you are:

• 2-5 years of experience in FP&A, Strategic Finance, Investment Banking, Private Equity, Consulting, or a related field.
• Strong financial modeling, forecasting, budgeting, and variance analysis skills. 
• Experience building or improving financial models, reporting, and processes utilizing Excel and BI Tools.
• Effective communicator with an ownership mindset and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

What you'll do:

• Build and enhance financial models for budgeting, forecasting, pricing, working capital, and profitability analysis.
• Own monthly reporting, variance analysis, and management reporting packages.
• Partner with Accounting, Operations, and leadership teams to deliver actionable financial insights.
• Develop scalable reporting tools, dashboards, and ad hoc analyses to support business decisions.

What does this position pay?

• Compensation is determined by several factors which may include skillset, experience level, and education.
• The expected range for this role is $95,000-$120,000 per year. Please note this range is an estimate and actual pay may vary based on qualifications and experience.
