Senior Financial Analyst (Manufacturing) – High-Growth Start Up – South Riverside County

Who you are:
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field; MBA/CPA/CFA preferred.
- 5-8 years of experience in financial analysis; manufacturing required.
- Strong understanding of P&L, standard costing, and operational finance.
- Advanced systems experience; large ERP experience is a plus.
- Strong executive presence and presentation skills.
What you’ll do:
- Lead corporate FP&A, including forecasting, headcount planning, and budgeting.
- Prepare reporting packages and materials for executive and board meetings.
- Provide detailed financial modeling, insights, and recommendations to drive growth and cost discipline.
- Partner with Sales and Marketing on demand assessments, ROI analysis, product strategy, and profitability reviews.
- Develop standard costing, analyze variances, support inventory forecasting, and evaluate capital investments.
- Assist with reporting, cost allocations, process automation, and audit/close-related activities.

What does this position pay?
- Compensation is determined by several factors which may include skillset, experience level, and education.
- The expected range for this role is $100,000–$140,000 per year. Please note this range is an estimate and actual pay may vary based on qualifications and experience.
