Senior IT Technical Account Manager – Remote with 25% Travel – Eastern or Central Time Zones
Have a technical background but have moved into customer success? Have experience supporting a large complex network with 100 locations in the US? Have managerial experience with Tier 1 and Tier 2 field support techs? Looking to build on customer relationships and be a technical escalation point for your team? Look no further. This MSP is looking to hire someone who has hands-on technical experience (preferably in a Microsoft Azure cloud environment) as their next TAM. This person is solely dedicated to one client, but this is a very large client with 100+ locations and travel is expected. This person must be a US Citizen and must be located east of the Mississippi River for ease of travel.

Who You Are:

  • You have at least 6 years of professional experience in Technical Account Management, Customer Success or IT Service Desk Management with at least 1 year in a MSP or consulting environment
  • Hands-on cloud experience – preferably in Azure
  • MUST have multi-site experience with at least 50+ locations, either regionally, nationally or globally
  • Previous management experience supporting service desk technicians or IT field service techs
  • You must be a US Citizen due to the nature of this business
  • You’re comfortable with 25% travel, or about one week per month for kickoffs, check-ins, update meetings etc.

What does this position pay?
Compensation is determined by several factors which may include skillset, experience level, and geographic location.

The expected range for this role is $130,000 to $160,000 per year. Please note this range is an estimate and actual pay may vary based on qualifications and experience.
