Senior Manager – Risk and Controls

What you'll do:
- Own and manage reporting of risk gaps and control issues
- Lead the design of internal business process controls over financing reporting and operational controls
- Support new processes by providing consultative risk assessments and proposing controls
- Oversee maintenance for existing and future internal controls
- Communicate decisions and strategies across different organizations to ensure alignment
Who you are:
- Bachelor's in Accounting, Finance or other relevant business field required.
- 12+ years of relevant audit and SOX experience.
- Tech or Fintech industry, public accounting, large public company experience highly desirable.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills and strong problem solving ability.

What does this position pay?
- Compensation is determined by several factors which may include skillset, experience level, and geographic location.
- The expected range for this role is $130,000 to $185,000 per year. Please note this range is an estimate and actual pay may vary based on qualifications and experience.
