Senior Network Engineer

Senior Network Engineer – San Diego, CA  – $175,000–$225,000
 
Are you a network engineer with deep CANES experience looking for a hands-on, mission-critical role? This is an opportunity to join a fast-growing, family-oriented defense technology firm, where you’ll have real ownership, close collaboration with leadership, and the chance to influence high-visibility network solutions from day one.
 
Who you are:
 

• Bachelor's degree with 14 years of IT networking experience, or commensurate experience
• 2+ years of recent experience engineering network and/or firewall solutions within CANES
• Experience with SDN/SD-WAN technologies in complex enterprise or DoD environments
• CCNA certification required, CCNP preferred
• U.S. Citizen with Active TS/SCI clearance 

 
What you’ll do:
 

• Design, configure, and support network infrastructure (routers, switches, firewalls)
• Engineer and troubleshoot CANES-based network and firewall solutions in a secure DoD environment
• Implement and support SDN/SD-WAN solutions across enterprise networks
• Collaborate daily with a prime contractor program manager and engineers across multiple subcontractors

What does this position pay?
 
Compensation is determined by several factors which may include skillset, experience level, and education.
 
The expected range for this role is $175,000–$225,000 per year. Please note this range is an estimate and actual pay may vary based on qualifications and experience.
