What you'll do:

• Manage a portfolio of up to 20 projects at various phases of construction
• Oversee financial management of construction projects including month-end close, account reconciliations, processing job cost and sales tax, cost coding, and review lien wavers and owner contracts
• Work cross-functionally with different departments and business partners to ensure compliance with all accounting activities

 
Who you are:

• Bachelor's in Accounting, Finance, or other relevant business field required.
• 5-7+ years of relevant project or construction accounting experience.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Ability to handle multiple projects at a time

What does this position pay?

• Compensation is determined by several factors which may include skillset, qualifications/certifications, experience level, and geographic location
• The expected range for this role is $90k – 105k annualized base compensation with additional compensation components. Please note this range is an estimate and actual may vary based on qualifications and experience.
