Senior Real Estate Accountant

As one of the key Senior Accountants in the group you will be able to be an integral member of the team contributing to the portfolio of clients.

Who you are:

• Senior Level Accountant 
• Bachelor's Degree in Accounting required
• REIT/Private Equity experience (3-4+ years)
• Advanced Excel Skills
• Ability to understand complexities of equity

What you’ll do:

• Reconcile and manage cash projections
• Prepare capital calls, distributions, and management fee calculations
• Prepare quarterly closing package and financial statements review
• Coordinate annual audit and tax process
• Manage investor reporting, including capital statements and investor letters

What does this position pay?
Compensation is determined by several factors which may include skillset, experience level, and geographic location.

The expected range for this role is $50,000 to $200,000 per year. Please note this range is an estimate and actual pay may vary based on qualifications and experience.
