Senior Tax Associate
 
Our client is seeking a Senior Tax Associate who is eager to provide outstanding services to local clients in Dallas.

What you’ll do:
 

  • Prepare tax returns for a variety of clients, including high-net-worth individuals, partnerships, trusts, and non-profit entities
  • Review books and records, making necessary adjustments to compute taxable income and tax due
  • Coordinate closely with the accounting department to ensure book and tax treatment alignment
  • Research and resolve tax-related inquiries and prepare tax work papers to support calculations
  • Prepare tax projections and reconciliations, ensuring compliance with federal and state regulations

 
Who you are:
 

  • A CPA or CPA candidate with a minimum of 3 years’ experience in tax accounting, preferably working with high-net-worth individuals, trusts, and multi-state partnerships
  • Highly analytical with strong proficiency in tax research, Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, etc.), and tax software
  • Detail-oriented and able to juggle multiple tasks and deadlines effectively

What does this position pay?
 
Compensation is determined by several factors, including skillset, experience level, and geographic location. The expected salary range for this role is $90,000 – $110,000 per year, plus a performance-based bonus. Please note, this range is an estimate and actual pay may vary based on qualifications and experience.
