Senior Tax Manager

We're partnering with a fast-growing company in Arlington to bring on a Senior Tax Manager. The Senior Tax Manager should be a self-starter who can lead the tax provision and compliance process while serving as a strategic partner across the organization. What you'll do:

• Prepare and review the quarterly and annual income tax provision process in accordance with ASC 740, including effective tax rate analysis, deferred tax accounting, evaluation of uncertain tax positions, and related financial statement disclosures.
• Support all federal, state, and local tax compliance efforts, ensuring filings are accurate, timely, and aligned with evolving regulatory requirements.
• Identify and evaluate tax planning opportunities to drive greater efficiency across the organization.
• Serve as a strategic tax advisor to Accounting, Treasury, FP&A, Legal, and other business leaders on transactions, organizational changes, and key operational decisions.
• Lead and develop a tax team

Who you are:

• 8+ years of progressive tax experience with compliance, provision, and planning
• CPA strongly preferred
• Strong technical ASC 740 experience
• Big 4/Top 10 Tax experience preferred
• Proven people-management and leadership skills

What does this position pay?:
Compensation is determined by several factors which may include skillset, experience level, and geographic location.

The expected range for this role is $180,000 to $200,000 per year, plus bonus. Please note this range is an estimate and actual pay may vary based on qualifications and experience.
