Who you are:

• 5+ years of Windows and macOS administration experience supporting enterprise environments, including hands-on administration of Intune, and preferably, Jamf Pro.
• Extensive hands-on experience with Microsoft Intune for lifecycle, policy, and compliance management.
• Strong understanding of device identity, Active Directory, Microsoft Entra ID, and Microsoft 365 integrations.
• Skilled in diagnosing complex hardware/software issues and creating automation or scripting solutions.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.

 
What you’ll do:

• Administer and optimize Intune and Jamf Pro, including configuration profiles, compliance policies, scripting, and lifecycle automation.
• Manage the full device lifecycle of enterprise endpoints: provisioning, configuration, compliance, automation, security baselines, patching, and policy deployment.
• Provide advanced technical support, diagnosing complex hardware/software issues, performing installations, repairs, and advanced troubleshooting across multiple OS

• Support identity/access integrations with Entra ID and Microsoft 365; partner across IT teams to ensure alignment with security and compliance standards.

• Collaborate cross?functionally to improve endpoint practices, identity alignment, documentation, and overall system performance.

What does this position pay?
Compensation is determined by several factors which may include skillset, experience level, and education.
 
The expected range for this role is $75K – $90K. Please note this range is an estimate and actual pay may vary based on qualifications and experience.
