Senior TEMPEST Engineer – Hybrid in Tempe, AZ – $150k-200k Base + 20% Bonus

Who You Are:

• Experience with TEMPEST, RF, EMI/EMC, and hardware design
• US Citizenship & Secret Clearance required (within the last 2 years)
• Must be willing to work onsite in Tempe, AZ at least 30% of the time
• Bachelor Degree or higher required

 
What You'll Do:

• Setup a new TEMPEST lab from scratch and collaborate with Hardware/Mechanical Engineers
• Design, test, and certify high assurance encryption products aligned with NSA TEMPEST requirements
• Create TEMPEST test plans, procedures, and reports
• Test signal and noise using O-Scopes

What does this position pay?
Compensation is determined by several factors which may include skillset, experience level, and geographic location. The expected range for this role is $150,000 to $200,000 per year + bonus. Please note this range is an estimate, and actual pay may vary based on qualifications and experience.
