Senior Vice President, Finance – High Growth PE Backed Company – NY

Ready to lead the finance function for a high-growth, private equity-backed organization? This is a unique opportunity to partner with executive leadership, drive strategic decision-making, and shape the financial future of a rapidly expanding, acquisitive business.

Who you are:

  • Bachelor’s in Finance, Accounting, or related field; CPA or MBA preferred.
  • 10+ years of progressive finance leadership experience.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth environment; private equity-backed experience preferred.
  • Highly analytical and commercially driven, with the ability to influence senior stakeholders and drive business performance.
  • Hands-on leader with experience managing teams, ERP/FP&A systems, and complex financial operations.

What you’ll do:

  • Lead all financial operations for the U.S. business, including reporting, forecasting, budgeting, and compliance.
  • Partner with the U.S. President and senior leadership team to deliver insights that inform strategic decisions and growth initiatives.
  • Manage and develop a finance team, ensuring strong controls, processes, and alignment with group standards.
  • Support M&A activity, including integration of acquisitions and ongoing financial management of newly acquired entities.

What does this position pay?

  • Compensation is determined by several factors which may include skillset, experience level, and geographic location.
  • The expected range for this role is $250,000 to $300,000 per year. Please note this range is an estimate and actual pay may vary based on qualifications and experience.
