Join a global technology innovator, as a Senior Windows OS Platform Software Engineer where you’ll define, develop, and commercialize next-generation Windows platform solutions. Who you are:

  • 8+ years of software engineering experience with strong expertise in Windows OS, Windows drivers, and/or Windows kernel.
  • 4+ years of experience with programming languages such as C, C++, Java, or Python.
  • Strong knowledge of Windows system architecture, security, performance, APIs, and device driver development
  • Experience with ARM architecture, PC/Client ecosystems, or OEM/ODM development flows.

 
What you’ll do:

  • Lead Windows platform development for complex features and subsystems across Windows products.
  • Provide technical leadership across BIOS/UEFI/ACPI, drivers, virtualization, security, power, thermals, and OS compatibility.
  • Drive feature definition, architecture, development, and commercialization across the full product lifecycle.
  • Partner with architects, hardware teams, product managers, OEMs, and external partners to deliver high-quality solutions.

What does this position pay?
Compensation is determined by several factors which may include skillset, experience level, and education.
The expected range for this role is $180,000–$200,000 per year. Please note this range is an estimate and actual pay may vary based on qualifications and experience.
