Sr. Accountant – Revenue Recognition

We are working with a notable, public tech company, and they are looking to bring on a Sr. Revenue Accountant!

Who you are:

• Bachelor’s in accounting or relevant experience 
• 2+ years of experience with a public accounting background
• Experience with revenue recognition analysis under ASC 606
• Strong understanding of Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP)
• Self-motivated to learn and constantly improve
• Ability to work independently while meeting tight deadlines 

What you will do:

• Perform analysis to support revenue and expense impacting entries
• Streamline systems and reporting tools to ensure accurate recording 
• Review of customer contracts and the determination of the proper revenue recognition model 
• Participate in the month, quarter and year end close process 
• Interact with different teams including contracts, legal, and corporate accounting

What does this position pay?
Compensation is determined by several factors which may include skillset, experience level, and geographic location.

The expected range for this role is $80,000 to $110,000 per year. Please note this range is an estimate and actual pay may vary based on qualifications and experience.
