A premier real estate investment organization is looking to bring on a Senior Portfolio Analyst to support its Office Properties Asset Management team. Who you are:

  • 2–5 years of experience in asset management, real estate, FP&A, corporate finance, or another analytical function.

  • Strong financial modeling and analytical skills across Excel and Google Sheets; exposure to Argus preferred.

  • Experience working with large datasets and maintaining data accuracy and consistency.

  • Automation mindset: familiarity with or interest in VBA, Google Scripts, or similar tools.

  • Strong communicator capable of presenting clear insights to leadership.

What you’ll do:

  • Maintain, enhance, and build financial models for forecasting, scenario analysis, and strategic decision-making.

  • Develop automation tools and improve reporting workflows across analytics and portfolio reporting.

  • Ensure accuracy and consistency across financial dashboards, templates, and data systems.

  • Support underwriting for leases, tenant credit analysis, capital projects, developments, and acquisitions.

  • Contribute to quarterly portfolio reviews, including trends, variances, OpEx/CapEx updates, and refinancing analysis.

  • Present analytical findings to senior leadership in clear, compelling ways.

  • Partner with both regional asset managers and portfolio-level leadership—offering a unique dual exposure within the group.

What does this position pay?

  • Compensation is determined by several factors which may include skillset, qualifications/certifications, experience level, and geographic location.

  • The expected range for this role is 100k–133k, annualized base compensation, with additional compensation components. Please note this range is an estimate and actual may vary based on qualifications and experience.
