CFO Advisory
This high-growth financial consulting firm provides CFO advisory and accounting leadership to emerging and established companies across biotech, technology, and adjacent industries. The firm supports clients through every financial stage—from early startup to public company—delivering technical expertise and strategic finance services in a collaborative, people-first environment.
What you’ll do:
- Act as the finance lead for multiple clients, owning both high-level strategy and day-to-day financial operations
- Lead month-end close, GL management, and financial reporting
- Develop and maintain financial forecasts, budgets, and cash flow models
- Oversee audit readiness and technical accounting projects, including IPO and M&A preparation
- Review and finalize client financial statements
- Collaborate closely with internal Directors and contribute to a growing network of client referrals
What you will need:
- Prior CFO or senior finance experience within growth-stage companies (biotech, tech, or manufacturing preferred)
- Strong background in both FP&A and technical accounting
- Proven ability to work cross-functionally, manage audits, and lead financial operations
- Client-facing experience with a proactive and advisory-focused mindset
- Strong communicator and team-oriented leader who builds trust quickly
- Comfortable working in fast-paced, dynamic environments with varied responsibilities

What does this position pay?
- Compensation is determined by several factors which may include skillset, qualifications/certifications, experience level, and geographic location.
- The expected range for this role is $140k-$200K, annualized base compensation, with additional compensation components bringing target cash compensation between $200k and $290k. Please note this range is an estimate and actual may vary based on qualifications and experience.
