Sr. Director of Business Intelligence – Remote (Quarterly Travel to LA)

Who you are:

• Bachelor's and Master's/MBA within data analtytics, business intelligence, computer science, etc. 
• 10+ years of experience in business intelligence, analytics, or data engineering.
• Strong technical background in SQL and Python, with the ability to be hands-on when required.
• Experience in consulting (McKinsey, Accenture, Big 4, etc.) or a blended industry/consulting path. Healthcare experience a plus!
• Proven ability to build, lead, and scale BI or analytics teams.

What you’ll do:

• Build, operationalize, and scale enterprise-level analytics, BI strategy, and data governance.
• Translate business priorities into KPIs, reporting frameworks, dashboards, and data models.
• Partner closely with executive leadership to deliver insights that shape operational, financial, and workforce decisions.
• Lead and develop a growing BI team while supporting analytics adoption across the organization.

What does this position pay?
Compensation is determined by several factors which may include skillset, experience level, and education.
The expected range for this role is $230,000–$250,000 per year. Please note this range is an estimate and actual pay may vary based on qualifications and experience.
