Sr. Director of Finance – Medical Technology Industry!

What you’ll do:

  • Lead development of the U.S. 3-year strategic plan, annual budget, and quarterly forecast.

  • Provide financial analysis and insights on performance, revenue, and expense drivers; recommend improvements to leadership.

  • Partner closely with senior executives across the U.S. Region on business strategy, capital allocation, and growth initiatives.

  • Establish and publish performance metrics/KPIs; manage month-end close, SOX compliance, and revenue recognition accuracy.

Who you are:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, or Accounting; MBA or CPA preferred.

  • 15+ years progressive FP&A or corporate finance experience in large, complex organizations ($1–3B+ scope).

  • Strong track record managing complex P&Ls and providing financial leadership at the regional or divisional level.

  • Hands-on systems expertise (SAP, BPC, Excel) with proven ability to lead and develop finance functions.

  • Excellent communication, presentation, and influencing skills; able to partner with executives and drive cross-functional alignment.

  • Healthcare/medtech industry experience strongly preferred.

What does this position pay?

  • Compensation is determined by several factors which may include skillset, qualifications/certifications, experience level, and geographic location.

  • The expected range for this role is $200,000 – $270,000 base salary plus ~30% bonus and long-term incentive equity components. Please note this range is an estimate and actual may vary based on qualifications and experience.
