Sr Finance Manager

Senior Manager, Finance – Global Customer Services

Looking to drive strategy and influence high-impact decisions across a global services organization? This is an opportunity to partner with senior leaders in a complex, regulated environment to shape growth, profitability, and operational excellence across service marketing and engineering.

Who you are:

• 7+ years of experience in strategy, finance, or consulting with strong business partnering capabilities
• Advanced analytical and financial modeling skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights
• Experience supporting commercial, service, or operations teams in a complex or regulated environment
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business, or related field (MBA or equivalent preferred)

What you’ll do:

• Partner with Service Marketing and Service Engineering leaders to develop and execute strategic initiatives
• Translate business strategies into financial scenarios, investment trade-offs, and actionable plans
• Lead pricing strategy, deal modeling, and performance analysis to support revenue growth and margin expansion
• Develop reporting and insights to track KPIs, identify risks and opportunities, and drive decision-making

What does this position pay?
Compensation is determined by several factors which may include skillset, experience level, and geographic location.

The expected range for this role is $140,000 to $160,000 per year. Please note this range is an estimate and actual pay may vary based on qualifications and experience.
