Sr. FP&A Analyst

Looking to join a growing, well-known consumer services brand where finance directly impacts operations? The Sr. FP&A Analyst will serve as the subject matter expert for company-owned stores, partnering closely with operations and field teams to drive performance, improve margins, and support informed decision-making. This role is highly visible, collaborative, and ideal for someone who enjoys translating financial insights for non-financial audiences.

What you’ll do:

  • Be the primary finance partner and SME for many company-owned locations across multiple states.
  • Partner closely with store managers, field leadership, and operations to explain financial results and drivers in a clear, actionable way.
  • Lead budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis (budget vs. actual), identifying key performance drivers.
  • Support monthly reporting packages and reviews in close collaboration with the accounting team.
  • Maintain and analyze financial data within ProfitKeeper and support reporting through Excel and PowerBI.
  • Identify opportunities for process improvement and help drive change management initiatives.

Who you are:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in FP&A or financial analysis.
  • Strong experience partnering with operations or field teams and communicating financial concepts to non-finance stakeholders.
  • Multi-unit or multi-location experience strongly preferred.
  • Advanced Excel skills; PowerBI experience is a plus.
  • Process-oriented, proactive, outgoing, and comfortable driving change in a fast-paced environment.

What does this position pay?
Compensation is determined by several factors which may include skillset, experience level, and geographic location.

The expected range for this role is $115,000 to $120,000 per year. Please note this range is an estimate and actual pay may vary based on qualifications and experience.
