Strong institutional underwriting fundamentals across leasing, tenant credit, capex, and valuation
-
Comfortable presenting and defending recommendations to senior leadership / Executive Committee audiences
-
A natural mentor—able to elevate junior talent without direct authority
-
Balanced style: highly analytical, but also polished and effective cross-functionally (leasing, ops, leadership)

Own the annual business planning process and monitor performance against plan (cash flow, leasing goals, yield)
-
Lead/participate in quarterly property reviews and forecasts (budget variance, occupancy, NOI, operating metrics)
-
Conduct market research and competitive analysis to inform strategy
-
Partner closely with Property Operations, Leasing, and Asset Management and present in executive-level settings
