What You'll Do:

• Review month-end close procedures
• Review monthly debt reconciliation 
• Review monthly derivative activity and the associated accounting
• Review the schedules supporting the debt and derivative journal entries
• Support SEC financial reporting financials and footnotes
• Supervise and develop members of the team
• Assist with system and software implementations, including Yardi and other relevant software

 
Who You Are:

• Bachelor's in Accounting, Finance or related field
• 6+ years of audit experience
• CPA required 
• Must bring strong audit experience with a public accounting background
• Excellent oral and written communication skills

What Does This Position Pay?
Compensation is determined by several factors which may include skillset, experience level, and geographic location.
 
The expected range for this role is $140-165K per year. Please note this range is an estimate and actual pay may vary based on qualifications and experience.
