Who you are:
- 4-6 years of accounting experience, ideally with public company or Big 4 audit exposure
- Experience with SEC reporting, financial reporting, U.S. GAAP, and SOX compliance
- Strong communicator who is detail-oriented, proactive, and thrives in a collaborative environment
- Must be authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship
What you’ll do:
- Assist with SEC filings including 10-Ks, 10-Qs, 8-Ks, proxy statements, and related disclosures
- Support month-end close activities, account reconciliations, and technical accounting projects
- Partner with internal departments and external auditors to ensure accurate financial reporting
- Help maintain SOX compliance and contribute to process improvement initiatives

What does this position pay?
Compensation is determined by several factors which may include skillset, experience level, and education
The expected range for this role is $100,000-$115,000 per year. Please note this range is an estimate and actual pay may vary based on qualifications and experience
