Paid Search Specialist – (Hybrid/ Dallas) 

What You Do

• Own and optimize brand and non-brand paid search campaigns across national and local markets

• Manage and scale campaigns for a multi-location franchise environment

• Execute directly in-platform across Google Ads 

• Analyze performance, run tests, and continuously optimize toward business and media KPIs

Who You Are

• 2+ years of experience with Paid Media

• A hands-on paid search specialist with agency experience and strong in-platform execution

• Experienced supporting multi-location or franchise-based businesses

Compensation is determined by several factors which may include skillset, experience level, and geographic location.

The expected range for this role is $25.00 per hour. Please note this range is an estimate and actual pay may vary based on qualifications and experience.
