Regional Talent Manager – Growing Fitness & Wellness Organization!

What you'll do:

Lead and support high-volume employee relations investigations across Florida locations.

Partner with local leadership on HR policies, compliance, training, and employee engagement.

Manage LOA requests, Workers’ Comp claims, ADA, and OSHA reporting.

Roll out and maintain HR policies and handbook updates in collaboration with legal counsel.

Support benefits administration, recruiting, and training initiatives.

Build strong, collaborative relationships with employees, leadership, and vendors.

Travel locally between sites as needed (mileage reimbursement provided).
Who you are:
-
Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, or related field preferred.

5+ years of HR experience, including at least 2+ years in an HRBP/People Ops role.

Must have supported an employee base of 1,500+ in a multi-unit, brick-and-mortar Florida environment.

Strong background in employee relations, investigations, and Florida/federal labor law compliance.

Experience in consumer-facing industries (fitness, retail, or restaurant strongly preferred).

Proven success in high-growth, multi-location environments.

HRIS/HR systems knowledge and strong MS Office skills.

Compensation is determined by several factors which may include skillset, qualifications/certifications, experience level, and geographic location.
