Regional Talent Manager – Growing Fitness & Wellness Organization!

Independent, people-focused professionals will have the resources and support to manage employee relations, compliance, and engagement across 1,500+ employees and 29 locations (with more planned). What you'll do:

  • Lead and support high-volume employee relations investigations across Florida locations.

  • Partner with local leadership on HR policies, compliance, training, and employee engagement.

  • Manage LOA requests, Workers’ Comp claims, ADA, and OSHA reporting.

  • Roll out and maintain HR policies and handbook updates in collaboration with legal counsel.

  • Support benefits administration, recruiting, and training initiatives.

  • Build strong, collaborative relationships with employees, leadership, and vendors.

  • Travel locally between sites as needed (mileage reimbursement provided).

Who you are:

  • Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, or related field preferred.

  • 5+ years of HR experience, including at least 2+ years in an HRBP/People Ops role.

  • Must have supported an employee base of 1,500+ in a multi-unit, brick-and-mortar Florida environment.

  • Strong background in employee relations, investigations, and Florida/federal labor law compliance.

  • Experience in consumer-facing industries (fitness, retail, or restaurant strongly preferred).

  • Proven success in high-growth, multi-location environments.

  • HRIS/HR systems knowledge and strong MS Office skills.

  • Compensation is determined by several factors which may include skillset, qualifications/certifications, experience level, and geographic location.

  • A competitive base salary is offered, along with vacation, holiday, and sick pay.
