Senior Tax Associate – Wealth Management Firm – Remote (West Coast)

In this role, you’ll take ownership of complex business and individual tax work, communicate directly with clients, and help drive quality and accuracy across a rapidly growing tax organization. Who you are:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or a related field. Working towards CPA or EA.
• 2–4+ years of public accounting experience with strong business return exposure
• Confident, articulate communicator comfortable engaging directly with clients
• Highly organized, detail-driven, and able to manage multiple deadlines

What you’ll do:

• Prepare business entity returns and individual returns
• Develop quarterly tax estimates and projections
• Communicate directly with clients regarding tax matters and deliverables
• Assist with tax notice responses and initial correspondence drafts
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure accurate data and timely workflow

What does this position pay?

• Compensation is determined by several factors which may include skillset, qualifications/certifications, experience level, and geographic location
