Sr Technical Program Manager (Contract) – Job Description 
TPX Team 

The TPX Team helps to drive and manage large cross-functional initiatives across the enterprise. This individual will be directly involved in a Customer Service replatforming program aimed at modernizing the tools and processes the company uses to support a growing subscriber base. Work will include managing programs to align and deliver both back end platform support and Agent/Customer facing functionality across all channels of engagement.
TPX Responsibilities 
    •    Collaborate with other Engineering TPMs, Product Owners, and Engineers to define and execute on the SDLC process.
    •    Define and execute a high caliber plan for complex projects and programs.
    •    Work closely with both internal and external teams to ensure successful project delivery.
    •    Manage clear communication of progress/status with project stakeholders.
    •    Proactively highlight and resolve risks and issues and clearly communicate those risks to
stakeholders. 
    •    Identify blockers and facilitate the removal of those blockers.
    •    Assist teams in story mapping, backlog maintenance, prioritization, and planning to
formulate delivery timelines. 
Qualifications 
    •    Sr level experience preferred.
    •    Track record of managing a complex software development program with a variety of
stakeholders. 
    •    General understanding of Software Development lifecycle.
    •    Working knowledge of tools like JIRA, Confluence, monday.com, Smartsheet or similar.
    •    Experience in API or middleware development programs.
    •    Strong technical proficiency demonstrated in any number of ways, ex. coding skills,
quality assurance or technical writing. 
    •    Experience with large scale implementations involving Salesforce and/or Amazon
Connect platforms a plus. 
    •    An ability to distill complex issues into solvable and actionable tasks.

What does this position pay?
Compensation is determined by several factors which may include skillset, experience level, and geographic location.

The expected range for this role is $50.00 to $60.00 per hour. Please note this range is an estimate and actual pay may vary based on qualifications and experience.
