Who You Are

• A seasoned Program Manager who excels at guiding engineering teams and driving technical projects to completion

• Comfortable working in Agile environments, with hands-on experience running standups, sprint planning, and backlog reviews

• Skilled in Jira for tracking work, prioritizing tasks, and coordinating deliverables

What You’ll Do

• Partner closely with engineering teams to manage large-scale initiatives and ensure timely delivery

• Facilitate Agile ceremonies and keep teams aligned on priorities and goals

• Identify and remove roadblocks, helping engineers stay focused on execution

• Coordinate with multiple squads building APIs and platform features, ensuring both new development and system stability

• Provide progress updates and visibility to stakeholders across both technical and business functions

•  

• Strong communicator who can translate between technical teams and leadership

• Collaborative, adaptable, and able to thrive in a fast-moving organization

What does this position pay?
Compensation is determined by several factors which may include skillset, experience level, and geographic location.

The expected range for this role is $62 to $67 per hour. Please note this range is an estimate and actual pay may vary based on qualifications and experience.
