Staff Accountant

Staff Accountant – REMOTE
We are partnering with a growing telecommunications company to find a motivated Staff Accountant to join their remote team. This role offers the chance to manage key accounting functions and contribute to a dynamic, collaborative company culture.
 
What You’ll Do:

• Complete accounting for affiliate related parties and manage month-end close processes.
• Handle a high volume of bank transactions, including ACH wires, real estate transactions, and account reconciliations.
• Communicate effectively with vendors, real estate partners, and internal teams, ensuring timely and accurate processing of payments and financial data.

 
Who You Are:

• Experienced in managing daily accounting functions, including processing bank transactions, initiating ACH wires, handling account reconciliations, overseeing month-end close, and assisting with variance analysis and sales tax compliance.
• Proficient in Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, INDEX/MATCH).
• Comfortable working remotely and collaborating with a distributed team across multiple locations.

What Does This Position Pay? Compensation is determined by several factors, including skill set, experience level, and geographic location. The expected range for this role is $70,000 – $80,000 base salary + bonus!
