Staff Accountant

We are working with a dynamic real estate company and they are looking to bring on a Staff Accountant to their growing team!

What you will do:

• Perform monthly close and create monthly and annual financial reports
• Maintain the GL for each property
• Review and interpret lease agreements
• Prepare and maintain financial statements for various properties, including income statements and balance sheets
• Prepare tenant billings for rent and other reimbursements (e.g. CAM, real estate taxes, insurance, etc.)
• Conduct ad-hoc reporting 

Who You Are:

• Bachelor’s in Accounting, Finance or relevant field 
• 2+ years of full-cycle accounting experience 
• Real Estate experience highly desired
• Ability to take initiative, manage your time efficiently, and stay motivated with minimal supervision
• Clear and effective communication skills

What does this position pay?

• Compensation is determined by several factors which may include skillset, experience level, and geographic location.
• The expected range for this role is up to $85,000 per year. Please note this range is an estimate not including bonus. Actual pay may vary based on qualifications and experience.
