Staff Accountant

We are working with a dynamic real estate company and they are looking to bring on a Staff Accountant to their growing team!

What you will do:

• Review construction related invoices for coding and accuracy 
• Coordinate with project leads to record, monitor and reconcile construction actives. 
• Perform monthly close and create monthly and annual financial reports
• Responsible for the GL close related to construction activities, accounts and required support for assigned portfolio of properties

Who You Are:

• Bachelor’s in Accounting, Finance or relevant field 
• 2+ years of full-cycle accounting experience 
• Real Estate experience highly desired
• Ability to take initiative, manage your time efficiently, and stay motivated with minimal supervision
• Clear and effective communication skills

What does this position pay?

• Compensation is determined by several factors which may include skillset, experience level, and geographic location.
• The expected range for this role is up to $83,000 per year. Please note this range is an estimate not including bonus. Actual pay may vary based on qualifications and experience.
