Staff Accountant: Hybrid

What you’ll do:
- Perform month-end close responsibilities, including balance sheet reconciliations, bank reconciliations, and accrual journal entries.
- Manage expense reconciliations and support variance analysis.
- Collaborate cross-functionally to gather supporting information and resolve discrepancies.
- Support ongoing accounting operations within a fast-paced and expanding environment.
- Gain hands-on experience with a software implementation as the team transitions from QuickBooks to Sage Intacct next year.
Who you are:
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting required.
- 3–5 years of industry experience, or ~2 years in public accounting; open to candidates who grew from AP/AR into Staff Accounting.
- Experience with US GAAP and month-end close processes.
- Pharmaceutical, healthcare, or manufacturing experience is a plus but not required.
- Strong Excel skills (pivot tables, VLOOKUPs, macros preferred—training available).
- Self-sufficient, coachable, eager to learn, and a strong communicator.
- Comfortable working in a dynamic, high-growth environment.

What does this position pay?
Compensation is determined by several factors which may include skillset, experience level, and geographic location.
The expected range for this role is around $80,000 base salary, with potential flexibility pending leadership approval, plus an annual bonus based on company, individual, and departmental performance. Please note this range is an estimate and actual pay may vary based on qualifications and experience.
