Staff Accountant

TEMP STAFF ACCOUNTANT – San Diego, CA (Onsite, 5 days/week – 9/80 schedule) – $35–$41/hour – need is ASAP!

Are you a detail?oriented accounting professional who enjoys improving processes and taking ownership? Our client, an established organization in need of immediate support, is seeking someone who can step in, stabilize day?to?day accounting, and help elevate how things are done.

Who you are:

• 2–3+ years of accounting experience, including AP and bank reconciliations.
• Proficient in QuickBooks and comfortable navigating ambiguous processes.
• Someone who asks questions, takes ownership, and seeks to improve workflows.

What you’ll do:

• Process AP/AR transactions, invoices, bills, and bank reconciliations.
• Support month?to?month accounting operations and enhance existing processes.
• Partner closely with the Director of Finance & Operations to streamline work.

What does this position pay?
Compensation is determined by several factors which may include skillset, experience level, and education.
The expected range for this role is $35–$41 per hour. Please note this range is an estimate and actual pay may vary based on qualifications and experience.
